These guys are great. Their pricing is fair, but more importantly, their communication is outstanding. They were replacing a large double paned window on a sun porch. When it was removed, significant wood rot was discovered within the frame. They offered to complete other jobs and return same day, allowing time to remedy without rescheduling. They returned end of day and all installation was performed flawlessly. I will never call anyone else, and highly recommend anyone make GoGlass your first call for glass needs.
No patience to work with customers
Great customer service and work (had car windshield work done)
I needed a shower door replaced and cut a bit smaller than the original. I took the original as well as the exact measurements needed to the store. They also took measurements of the door and where the holes for hardware should be. I was told that it would take three weeks for the door to be ready. Eight weeks later it arrived. I drive all the way to Lewes DE from Smyrna DE to pick it up. When I get there I notice that the door DOES NOT have the holes for the hardware.
