As a guy that did not step into the gym for over a decade, I was mortified to start exercising regularly again. GoGirl Fitness Studio and their wonderful instructors managed to get me back on track in no time and I m currently loving it after one month of training. Looking forward to keep working on my self with such an amazing team of trainers. Thank you Matt, Mariu and everyone at GoGirl Fitness Studio for showing me it’s never too late to work on yourself! Get off the couch and head there y’all!! You won’t regret it!
It’s a studio that will fit the person who is looking for an intimate space to train, feel supported, and quality training. Clean and plenty of equipment to fit different training modalities.
Signed up to take a class through ClassPass and got denied at the door saying that there was no class, even though I already paid.
Definitely recommend, everyone here is super helpful and knowledgeable. Love them!!!
I don’t belong to a gym but wanted some personal training and found Gogirl Fitness Studio. I’ve been coming here for about 15 months and really enjoy working out with Sarah. She’s great at customizing my workouts to me and makes sure I do things safely and effectively. I find her very relatable and I look forward to our sessions. It’s a nice space and the gym has a wide variety of equipment.
