Had a heat pump system installed in July. The team was awesome! We love the Mitsubishi product and are completely satisfied with Goggins! Highly recommended from both my wife and I. The air conditioning was outstanding and now we’re into heating season and WOW! I do recommend getting several quotes but speak to Goggins before you commit!
Buyer beware! Goggin installed a heat pump in my home summer 2016. They promised reliability and efficiency - I got neither. The product they installed was defective, breaking down every other day for 3 months. They were at a loss how to fix it and would not replace it. They finally got it running but now it costs more to run than my old oil furnace! Contract requires mediation to resolve dispute, which costs more than the heat pump condenser is worth. Goggin installed a mini-split system into our rental unit at York Beach. We received estimates from 2 different companies. Not only was Goggin lower in price but their entire process was so much more professional. From the first visit to the condo to assess the type and size of system needed for our space, to the follow up on the phone by the office staff, to the emails and detailed written proposal, to the actual installation of the unit.
