Great experience. Needed special accommodation for my oversized packages so I had to email support. Responses were quick and comprehensive. We were able to hash out a game plan quickly and my packages were on their way in a couple of hours. The pickup driver was courteous, professional and most importantly followed instructions for drop-off. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend.
