The Goforth's have maintained a great relationship with their subs and suppliers. That was important for my wife and I - and enabled Goforth to stay on cost and schedule, and to provide excellent warranty service. Tommy's easy going demeanor is helpful. Allison was immensely instrumental in assisting Sandy and I with the many decisions we made regarding the finish of our home. We're grateful for the Goforth's and the service they provide for the NE Texas community.
We built our custom home in 2020 and loved working with Tommy! He was always available to answer questions and receptive to changes as the process progressed. He was very patient when we were undecided on details . The contractors he brought in were top-notch, hard working, and committed to getting it right. I used Goforth Custom Builders to build my first home. Tommy and Allison were wonderful to work with. Anytime I had any questions or concerns, Tommy was right there to address and resolve them. During the planning process, Allison helped me make great choices in colors, patterns and textures to give my new home a modern feel. During construction, I added several out of contract items and Tommy was able to incorporate them in a timely and efficient manner. Tommy and Allison were wonderful to work with! We felt like they cared through every step in the process of our build. Tommy was very knowledgeable and when we were indecisive he rationalized the details with us. They were excellent at communication, attentive to detail and easy to work with. Choosing them as our builders was the best decision we made when building our home!
