Am patient at Goffstown family practice. Am very confused. I asked for referral for a nutritionist at Elliot. I wrote 3 message to get the referral. They told that they would fax it over. I asked January 31, 2023. and Elliot has not received. The communication is extremely bad. I am a diabetic, asked for test strips 3 times, as today Feb 2 no strips.
