I have had my car in for auto body two times at the Oak Creek location and both times the service has been excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly with great customer service. Both times my car was finished before the expected date, and they kept me posted on the status of my repairs the whole time it was in the shop. I had horrible experiences in the past with the dealerships auto body repair service and I highly recommend Caliber Collision/Oak Creek for auto body repair.
