I was heartbroken to learn that this business, which features a petting zoo, proudly admits to never letting the animals out of their small pens (while I was purchasing something, the cashier admitted that they "never let the animals out of their pens"). These animals are confined to small spaces with no opportunity to walk (other than in cirlces) or run, which is both unnatural and cruel.
