This rental property feels like a rip-off and, at times, a scam. After rent is paid, tenants are consistently treated poorly. Maintenance issues go unresolved, basic repairs are delayed for days, weeks, and sometimes even months, and things continue to fall apart. If I could give Goff Rentals 0 stars I truly would. The staff members are friendly except Elizabeth, she is rude, hateful and just nasty. Honestly the most unprofessional admin I’ve ever witnessed. However, I can even overlook her considering she is just a worker. The real issue is Goff. This has to be the cheapest man I’ve ever seen. I’m all for cutting corners but not when you have paying tenants. Especially being that if you are ever late or run into a bind they will NOT cut you any slack. I can get beyond that too.
