Dissapointing experience. Had paid nigh on £700 for a tank of oil. Given a "delivered by" date. This was missed. No call, or explanation. Calling the Goff line, customer services has an announcement saying they can't give delivery information - likely 99% of the reason why customers would ring customer services is to find out when their oil is turning up! I placed my order on line giving extra information about the oil tanks location. I received a helpful text the day before to confirm delivery. The oil was delivered on that date. I was very pleased with the service I received.
Had about 3 deliveries from Geoff now. Always messaged the day before and deliveries have been on time and the drivers always great. Can order online easily or call up and members of staff willing to help. Highly recommend!
Ordering is easy and we always have our fuel delivered in good time.
