Hello. I 100% recommend this facility. The staff are great and helpful. I had a problem with my profile and it got fixed as fast as possible. and the doctor was great. I will use their services again.
I’ve tried multiple Telehealth apps and this one is honestly the best. The staff are knowledgeable, diligent, and friendly, and service is FAST. Past reviews clearly do not reflect the current reality as I’ve used the service multiple times over the last several months and was contacted by a practitioner, prescriptions sent to the pharmacy for me as needed with follow up communication in under an hour. Really can’t recommend them enough.
I have had to use this service many times for not only myself and my children and I have never had anything but a fantastic experience with them. It is very quick to get a hold of them and get in contact with a medical professional.
The NP that attended to me was really helpful and on time.
