We bought $130,000 worth of equipment and they didn't and still don't know how to work on it!!! You would think if you sell equipment you would know how to work on it. This company has been the worst company I have ever done business with...it was the first time and of course the last!!! Buyer beware!!!
Goetze Dental repair service is not cheap. You would expect quality work if they are asking for their share of money in return. A simple service call is $175 but that doesn’t even begin to tell the story. Labor is a nice $200/hr. When they send out 3 different people on separate days to interrupt your dental service to repair the same thing it gets ridiculous. We have been using the GAIN inventory system and it has been fantastic to use! It is helping us to control our inventory costs. The staff who helped us to set it up and maintain the system are wonderful to work with. I also love the approach our Goetze rep takes to helping us manage the business side of our practice. Not just pushing the latest "special" but truly interested in our success. It is refreshing.
