Mike is awesome. He took time from his busy schedule to stop between jobs to help me diagnose my power going out at random times. Turned out to be a defective breaker. We feel much safer knowing the problem was solved. Thanks again and I would recommend them to anyone.
Mike was prompt about our problem and repaired it quickly . He was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service.
His service and customer care was wonderful. After realizing and correcting the problem, he then called a few days later to make sure that all was still functioning normally and we did not need further assistance. He even squeezed in troubleshooting our problem. Then came back with parts and made everything work. Fast service! I cannot recommend Goetz Electric enough!
