Goetz Contracting just completed our deck. Mike is very responsive to communication and knowledgeable about the process. Steve and crew were very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and always kept a clean work environment. We unfortunately found a lot of rot due to improper installation of our previous deck but the crew was able to replace the necessary framing with ease. Happy with our choice to have Goetz compete this project.
Project: Resurface existing wood deck with Trex, replace railing, and rebuild stairs. I used the Trex website’s contractor search tool to identify several potential contractors for the project. From our very first interactions from estimate all the way through completion of our deck replacement project, owner Mike Goetz's communications were excellent and he kept to the schedule commitments. His crew was respectful, courteous and highly skilled and they cleaned up at the end of every workday. The local building inspector commented on the high-quality work they delivered and we couldn't be happier with the final product.
