One thing that stood out to me was his candor in terms of bringing up different ideas on routes I could (and should) take for marketing. I appreciated this very much because it can be rare for a consultant or advisor to tell you inconvenient truths. I called thinking that I wouldn’t receive much help since this is a service that has to be paid for but Michael was more than helpful in guiding me in the right path as a beginner business owner and giving me some great advise and great ideas and how to start and grow my clientele, Michael was such a great help and I am so thankful for his consultation!
