We had the best customer experience ever with Go Electric. We are new to EVs, and they really took the time to explain every aspect of driving and maintaining it, and guided us through the process. They gave us a lot of tips on how to live well with an EV, so we are very grateful we started our EV journey here.
Excellent place to buy a used EV, I totally recommend it. These guys know their stuff and stand behind their service. I love my “new to me” Volvo!
Sold us a lemon. We’ve had so many issues with this car and haven’t owned for even a year yet. They also refused to look at some of our issues and concerns within the first 30 days which was their policy. I wouldn’t return as a customer here.
Excellent staff and good selection of EVs.
GoElectric is great! They have a very generous test drive policy that allowed us to try out a car over a weekend. Rajko answered all of our questions about EVs and the specific car we bought. The buying process was very easy and even lent us a screwdriver to change the plate! Rajko also gave us a 4 back of beer to celebrate our new car after handing over the keys.
