I will not be ordering from Goedekers again. I purchased a washer-dryer unit from them in September because they promised they had it in stock and would deliver it in October. That was a flat-out lie. They ended up delaying month after month and finally delivering a broken unit in February. I paid extra for the complete installation package. How do you live with yourself day in and day out when you report lies and misinformation to your customers. I will not quit reporting your bad service and behavior until you take a look at your practices. Wake up. This company is a farce. We ordered over $18,000 worth of appliances over 33 days ago and have not received one item. They send misinformation, they are poor communicators, they say they have shipped something when in fact they have shipped nothing. STAY AWAY!!!
