Dr. Goeckner and her staff have treated three of my children, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Everyone in the office is kind, friendly, and welcoming, creating a positive experience from the moment you walk in. My children tend to get anxious about dr. appointments of any kind, but the staff is incredibly patient, and Dr. Goeckner has a wonderful ability to put patients at ease and make them feel comfortable throughout their visit. Dr Goeckner has the best personality, is super friendly and is a great orthodontist! Everyone in her staff is also very friendly and professional. Everyone explains in detail exactly what they are going to do before they start working on your teeth! I and my child were very comfortable interacting with the entire staff and always felt welcome!
The experience was wonderful!! The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for comfort. My daughter Ju’Lia was 10 when we started the braces journey!! Her teeth are perfect I can’t think of anyone else I would have trusted to make her smile more beautiful!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!
