took my car in for a recall. asked for a diffuser to be installed. “we couldn’t get it to mount” probably because the screws were all over the floor of my car. just a thought. asked for radio replacement as my screen is delaminating. “we don’t do radios” you guys are literally the dealership for my exact brand of car. also inquired about a rock chip. they didn’t ever bring it up. cool. whatever didn’t want that fixed anyways. also somehow charged me 60$ for the recall?? circus of an establishment

Unbelievable help and turnaround!! Middle of a long drive, and they were able to diagnose, resolve, and get us back on the road again, on a Saturday!! So Appreciative!! A Godsend… Brian and all the folks were Awesome!!

Outstanding! We had our diesel DEF system failing and would not regenerate. Coming from Elkhart Indiana and traveling to St. Louis area, we were in a major bind. I called three other dealers of which one was "short handed by two techs and could not help me", another said to stop in and we will see if we can get us "going down the road". We stopped in the second one only to be told that we are looking at two hours to diagnose the problem and then at minimum four hours to follow up with a repair.
