I’m very disappointed with the service. I took my car there, but after a gearbox failure I decided not to proceed with further work. The deposit I had paid has not been refunded. Please be cautious and check carefully before taking your car there — my experience was unfortunately very negative.
I would have said the general rapport of the mechanics is really good, but when I took my car for a service with another mechanic just today, they found a spark plug lodged in my filter which I have no idea how that is possible. So I can only say it was this lot when they replaced my previous spark plug a year ago. Additionally, I had a headlight bulb replaced, and they didn't screw it in properly into the socket. Had two cars serviced by Godzill Belconnen, a Golf 2005 leaking coolant and a Honda CRV for AC gas refill and CV boot replace, the Golf coolant still leaking (after 3 visits to the workshop and ) and the front bonnet gas strut is not working, the Honda CRV AC stopped working after few days and the axle starts making ugly noise. What I want to say that the negative reviews was omitted from their web site????

Horrible experience, where they kept magically finding issues with my car that I just bought and was cleared by another garage from another state and all it needed was a roadworthy certificate.
