Haven't been to the new store but need to. Alton, jr's knowledge and customer service are hands down the best in the region. He's treated me right every time I've done business with them. I bought 3 bows from Alton and customer service is the best. If I just need advice he's right there to provide it. It's like going to a friends house and buying a bow from him
