Bought a mattress, store will not uphold their warranty, they didn't show up for 3 appointments to inspect the mattress. They are using reasons not stated in the warranty as reasons why the warranty is void. TERRIBLE customer service.
We purchased our living room set in 2006 and have had problems since. The cushions had to be replaced, the skirt fixed, tacks popping out the back. The manager came out one time instead of the repairman...that was a waste of time for both of us. He couldn't repair it and we were told to set up an appointment with the repairman. In 2008 the repairman said he would file a report with the company explaining how our set seemed to be a lemon. We have not heard a word. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was very pleased with my salesperson. I was able to look around and not feel pressured to purchase anything will diffidently return for any further purchases.
