Troy picked up our zero turn mower from our residence had the hydro transmission repaired all belts replaced , and a complete service and redelivered the machine within 5 business days . Very fair price used all genuine parts . Would recommend his services to anyone .
I talked to Troy, I text him our address, he said he would pick up our riding mower first of the week, I text him the first of the week to find his ETA so I wouldn't have to stay home all day, zi then called him and left messages for him, he gas yet to contact me, this was 5 days ago, I had another reliable company.pick it up yesterday who kept their word. Troy is UNRELIABLE.
Troy did a hydrostatic transmission service, and a complete spring inspection for my 12 year old Cub Cadet LTX1046 and did a great job and very timely. Troy is really honest and reasonably priced. I had 1 minor issue when the tractor was returned and Troy came to back to my home and addressed it within an hour. GREAT PERSON TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TROY/GODWIN to service your outdoor equipment
Troy is very knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. This is the 2nd time that I've used him to work on my Cub Cadet riding mower, once to repair an issue and this time to perform a preventative maintenance on it. I highly recommend him.
We were very pleased with the Godwin School Equipment Repair Shop. They were easy to reach out to, quick to respond back and very friendly. They serviced our generator and snowblower. They were both returned back to us quickly! We will definitely use them again! Update: We had issues with the snowblower after this service. He did not come back to follow up. We did call again this year . He never showed up to pick up our snow blower.
