I changed my review because I have learned more about the doctor. At first, the office appears busy but the doctor always has time for you. The key is when you get sick, he is there for you. He is available at all hours. He is empathetic. It is not just words. It is actions. He came to the hospital to check in on me. He called to follow-up. He fit me in same day when I was really sick. No matter what minor things happen, he is there for you when it really counts and can you say that about your PCP. I am able to say that.
He is a very professional Dr and cares about little details concerning his patients. My family has been seeing him for over 10 years and have no regrets. Dr. D'souza is amazing...
