We prepaid $900.00 to go on one of their tours this summer. The weather that day turned out to be so foggy that they were not doing any tours, so they canceled it. They said they would refund our money, but they are REFUSING to do so, EVEN after multiple phone calls, and the Better Business Bureau contacting them, as well as our bank. I prepaid $900.00 for 2 people to take their tour this July,2010. The tour was canceled by them due to bad weather and they said we would get a refund. It never came. I called and was assured we would get it. Several weeks passed. They did not refund our money. I called and left messages that we still need our refund, but they have ignored us and kept our money. They should not be able to stay in business and do this!
