Our garage door was stuck closed , which meant our cars were stuck in the garage. Godstone didn’t waste any time coming and replacing the spring that broke. Very nice and professional. Took only 20 minutes to repair! Super satisfied!
Travis was cordial and professional. He explained what he thought was causing the sound we heard and addressed it with lubricant. Have used the door several times and heard the sound twice, but not nearly as loud. Will keep monitoring.
