Hired this company in May 2021 and paid a 30% deposit to get the awning at our Shopping Center repaired before the winter. Due to COVID, we have been very understanding and we know materials are hard to get, that is why we were fine waiting a few months to get this project completed. However, every time I called the office, Scott seemed lost and didn't have an update on the project. extremely unprofessional. the owner came into our health care facility yelling at my receptionist. very hostile. would give zero stars. Beware! I am even somewhat nervous about leaving a bad review- worried he will come back.
