Elijah has been an absolute pain to work with. The repairs on our house were supposed to be done before closing on December 27th. It’s February and the repairs have yet to be done. There’s a massive hole in the ceiling of a bathroom and a few other small fixes. Our realtor, the realtor who sold the home and my husband have all tried scheduling and contacting him and have barely received an answer.
