Visited today and both employees were not wearing a mask. And when I said something the man acted like he could care less.
I was quoted a price by 1 individual and was willing to pay right then. The girl then went and got another staff member who then gave a higher price. Being in customer service and management for a long time I know this is not service or proper training. I would have been ok if the first young lady had said she needed to speak with someone who could price it. Retail is struggling as an industry to begin with but to give bad service and not honor the original price is ridiculous.
In my opinion I would not qualify this as a Thrift Store but a Resale store... prices are too high to call them thrifty. The attendants in the Camden store are helpful and friendly - attendants at the north Dover store are not as friendly and seemed too distracted to assist customers. The Milford and Georgetown stores the attendants again are friendly and helpful. I would rate my experience at the north Dover store a 2 out of 5.
I thought this was an ok store until they charged me double the price for a 2 piece toddler pajama set that was on one hanger. It was very misleading!Next time I will go to Good Will or Walmart!

If you sell an electrical item, make sure it actually works! Selling a fridge for $175. and then refusing to refund when it is discovered not to have coolant,.that is not God's way; ripping people off! Shame on you!
Just recently, I saw a huge bird cage at the Dover location. I like the fun of finding and purchasing practical and fun things!
I have found great buys and the staff is awesome.
