It took me a while to write this review because I was genuinely shocked by my experience. Even writing this now brings tears to my eyes. I paid almost $300 (and still tipped), and I left feeling embarrassed and devastated. I came in for a hair treatment and a trim. She did ask me if I wanted to “cut off all my ends,” but I did not understand that to mean cutting off most of my hair.
