The best possible experience for a very sad time. Kirk took such amazing care of our boy Zero, treating him with loving care and making sure that we had a paw print, and a beautiful wooden box for his ashes. Kirk is incredibly kind and loving, and made sure that we felt supported and cared for through the entire process. It really could not have been a better experience, even though it was a very sad time.
