I had a few questions regarding these flats and would appreciate some clarification: 1. Do these flats fall under the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category? 2. I do not qualify for the EWS category based on my income. Am I still eligible to purchase a flat designated for EWS buyers, or would that be a legal violation? 3.
