Therefore UDS and carpet area will be very less percentage wise. There won't be any space for shoe rack outside your door and lift wait time will be very high. Godrej by far the best compare to any Builder, The Quality of Construction is top notch. I know because I live in Godrej Royale Woods. I did see 80% Appreciation in matter of 2 Yrs. I'm sure Godrej Ananda will also shoot up like Rocket. Their Sales and Customer service is poor but their Project Team on Building Quality is just Perfect and they deliver before time!!
