Had a quote the same day I called. The guys were onsite 2 days later, installed my fence quickly and it looks great. Will be using them again.
I told Brad before they installed that I wanted the posts on my gates to be a minimum of 4” so they would not sag and not be able to close. I also wanted the welds to hold off for a while. He did not listen and persisted that as far as the posts go the 2” would be absolutely fine and the 4” were not needed. Well since month 1 ALL the gates were horrible and they NEVER shut correctly. Less than a year old fence and I have issues with the gate sagging due to inadequate support. This same thing happened six months ago and it took almost two months of texts and phone calls to get someone to do a repair that did not work. I needed a fence stain color and could not get Brad to even respond about this. The crew left garbage on my neighbors property, drove and tore up trees on the neighbors property so they would not have to pull cords to their equipment. I'll get straight to the point, if you're taking the time to read reviews and pick a fence company then go ahead and just stop right now and call these guys. Pictures speak a thousand words. I almost went with another company because they were a dollar a foot cheaper (cheaper being the key word here) I saw the work of the cheaper company did.
