I just love this place. You won’t find a more caring provider than joy. She truly loves her patients and has such a caring heart. The aesthetician gives the best facials I’ve ever had.
Update: This office continues to behave unprofessionally. Even after over a year later: *This office did a blood draw for lab work during my short time as a patient there. Afterward, I asked the receptionist if I needed to pay now or if I would be billed later. She said I needed to pay now. So I paid the $175.00 she requested. A few months later I received a bill in the mail for the lab work done for $420.00. I called the lab and asked if this amount due was including the $175 I paid to the office. They said "no." Staff very nice. I was seen promptly after arriving. I was examined, tested & proper medication prescribed. Very good result.
Joy and her staff are amazing! From the front desk to the back office, they all treat you with respect and kindness. They are all so sweet and actually care about you and don’t just treat you like a “standard patient”.
