Worked to get my pet in. So good with him and loving. Thank you for helping us.
Had to put my life long best friend down this past Monday honestly was the hardest thing I had to do, they provided a secluded room with a separate entrance/exit so I could grieve in peace, the real support came about a week later when they sent a sympathetic card with my best friends nose and paw print in the card. Made me stop in my tracks.
