Can't thank the girls enough for their fantastic support. I came to the ladies in January '25 with tension alopecia and they recommended a secret weft weave which did wonders for the growth of my hair. Every session they made me feel comfortable. The colour match was spot on. I have had my weft removed recently and paid to have them put on clips which I have used and I couldn't be happier with them. Quality service and well worth every penny. Absolutely shocking business, would not recommend. 2.5 hour journey to be told the wrong topper had been ordered, it wasn’t a million miles away from my original request so opted to just have it to save the wasted journey and accommodation costs - this topper then fell apart - they re ordered the correct topper as a replacement - went back…this was also wrong!!! Very disappointed about lack of advice regarding the condition of my scalp through wearing the integrated mesh system. It was evident at my first 10-week maintenance period that I had issues with my scalp, dryness, itchy, flaky etc and I brought this to the attention of the hair technician who indicated that it was normal.
