I just wanted to say thank you for finally coming around and taking responsibility for my bad experience on Valentine’s Day with the strawberries i received & reimbursing my boyfriend on top of the chocolates I was surprised with. I was very upset and embarrassed to tell him something was wrong. I hope the necessary changes are made so i can be a customer again.
