Pedro did a great job diagnosing and replacing the sump pump for my septic system. Where other companies have been quick to charge for pump-outs and leave, that was not the case here. He was courteous, thorough, investigated the problem fully, did a very clean job, and took time to explain everything. They diagnosed our dead grinder pump and had us back up and running (and showering!) with a new one in no time. Five stars for their quick response, excellent service, and great communication throughout the process.
We have an older septic system that needed the septic field lines flushed. I had another company give me an estimate and got a second estimate from Godinez that was much more reasonable. The crew completed the job quickly and without any damage to our yard. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend.
