I came in hurting and feeling super discouraged by the pain and poor posture from my pain. The treatment I received was a medical massage it’s intensive like it hurts but you know your body needs it. Just breathe and focus on healing the parts of your body that are stuck. I enjoy d the treatment and I left standing taller and felt relief instantly. He is so knowledgeable and kind. The way he explained everything he was doing made me really understand where my pain was coming ftom and I felt heard that I was in actual pain it felt very validating and a sigh of relieve that he understood what was going on and was helping me. I am so grateful to him for feeling pain free peaceful and relaxed! I am so grateful.....
Adam is the best massage therapist. He has good patience to listen my pain problem. I ever had a stiff neck and shoulders pain for 10 year. I went to many hospitals and acupuncture clinics for looking for better treatments . However nobody could fix my pain problems till I met Adam. He is really good at medical massage.
