Adam has been amazing! He has helped me tremendously with tension in my neck and shoulders, as well as ongoing back pain. After I injured myself at the gym, he was able to work on the affected areas and provide much-needed relief. What I really appreciate about Adam is that he doesn’t just focus on temporary relief. He takes the time to understand what may be causing the pain and works to address the root of the issue. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better.
