I had storage here for years! Always clean and tidy, never any issues with entering and exiting, and quick communication via text or phone when questions arose! If I need storage services again, I will definitely return.

Been using Godfrey Storage for quite some years. Started w/Godfrey Rental. Up until just recently tho, never have I had a mouse problem. Previous owners "Godfrey Rental", never allowed mouse bate of any kind in the units. Was a stipulation in their rental contract. So to other renters.... "STOP USING BATE". Yur attracting mice to our units!
I have been a customer of Godfrey Storage for over 3 years and have always paid my rent in 3-month increments. Despite this, I’ve been charged late fees, locked out of my unit without cause, had my unit broken into and faced other ongoing issues. Each time I raised concerns, I received only generic responses with no real effort to resolve the problems. After years of loyalty, this is extremely disappointing.
