We love Dr. Pinder!! He has been so amazing with my child. My child is quite reserved and has suffered quite a few health issues over the years. So here he was having to see yet ANOTHER specialist about ANOTHER issue. Well, Dr. Pinder came right into the room and was warm, funny, kidding around, while still commanding respect for his expertise and care in the exam and assessments. NEVER AGAIN. One of those offices, where they schedule multiple patients for one time and the doctor is "never there on time", according to an existing patient in the waiting room. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Submitted insurance info and filled out new patient paperwork. One of the two people waiting ahead of me asks the receptionist when the doctor will arrive. She tells him half an hour. And there are two people ahead of me? Really?
