Was told 40min for my pizza. After an hour waiting was told they forgot. I ended up getting a refund because I couldn't wait anymore. They didn't even apologize. Horrible service will not be back.
Third time ordering to get there and not ready. Manager always willing to be accommodating, but only if you have time to wait once you arrive or want to come another time. This pizza is VERY good. Its just such a challenge to get if your not wanting something pre-made from the case. The manager is the only one who is helpful at all. Everyone else just shrugs their shoulders.
Ordered online. Website said 30 minutes. Showed up an hour later to two ladies sitting in the front with no customers having not even started my order. Dont order from here if you are on a timeline. Lazy employees
The dough was partially cooked when I asked for them to remake they said they can reheat after all the raw dough being chewed on it kinds of pisses me off
