Great customer service! They have a lunch and dinner buffet for a great price. Dinner buffet pizzas were hot and made perfectly. Salad bar was fully stocked and fresh. Restaurant was clean and in a great location from my hotel.
After having our hometown godfather's shut down we were excited to see one where we would be on vacation. Staff were nice and constantly cleaning while we were in there because of how slow it was. Food was just how we remembered. Person who took our order came to our table to inform us 1 topping we ordered with our pizza was out which was fine and they offered a free replacement to which we said was fine but they ended up loading it up with extra toppings anyways to make it up to us. Food is spoiling in the trays and is just getting mixed, i dont want bad veggies in my salad.
They have decent pizza & the last place in Wenatchee with a salad bar & buffet. Love their choclate chip dessert pizza. Fun place to have a kids birthday party. BUT they need to put some money into improving the place. It needs a major remodel. Old everything & don't get me started on the bathrooms . The AC i don't know if it even works, it gets hot in there even on not real hot days. Plus what's with the plastic over some of the AC vents? And ceiling tiles missing or very discolored.
