They should have an after hours number ! So when they come out close to closing time and fix your furnace you can reach them if it's not working . My father is 90 years old and they came out and he still has no heat .in this weather 4 degrees and 800$ later they should be on call to fix what they didn't fix or stay to make sure it's working !
