I highly recommend Goddess Outdoor Fitness. It's a great way to get fit, have fun, meet people and all in a beautiful location. Amy and her team of trainers are really lovely, very knowledgeable when it comes to showing you what to do and how to do it and the classes suit everyone no matter what your level of fitness is. When you come along to a session, you'll be warmly welcomed and have fun (I promise!).
Came for the exercise, stayed for the friendships, the awesome community of strong healthy amazing women, the magic of early mornings and sunrise, the mental and physical energy boost after each session and just feeling stronger and happier. All the feels. Goddess Outdoor Fitness, Amy and the whole team are truly amazing. Highly, unreservedly recommend.
I could not be more impressed with Amy and her crew at Goddess Outdoor Fitness! The classes are well paced, and cater for all levels of fitness. There are also lots of different times available, so if you're not a morning person, she has you covered. And if you're a new Mum, she also has sessions for you to bring your kids to. Overall, it's the best fitness experience I've ever had, and the friends I've made whilst exercising is an added bonus
Amy and the Goddess coaches really care about each individual participant. They get to know us so they can tailor our workouts! The community atmosphere Amy has built really keeps me wanting to come back. I love the incentives and challenges as well 🧡
I discovered the joy of training when I joined the Goddess group. It's just amazing!
