I love Goddess Makers and Joy and the team. Such a positive and supportive experience, tons of variety, challenge, and RESULTS!
After being gone for awhile, it was wonderful being back. Joy demonstrated all the exercises,explained each move, was extremely helpful and encouraging. Looking forward to the next class.
Class was so good today! I feel like I got a great workout in with friends! The instructor was very motivating and helped to teach proper form; all while keeping us moving! Would definitely recommend. Love this gym!!
