Class was so good today! I feel like I got a great workout in with friends! The instructor was very motivating and helped to teach proper form; all while keeping us moving! Would definitely recommend. Love this gym!!
Jennifer is always amazing! I LOVED the playlist today, we rocked out some oldies and it was so fun!
I LOVE our gym! It’s a great workout but it’s more about the community of people supporting each other. I’m stronger physically and mentally on my gym days! Joy and team do a great job of balancing a focus on form, progress, strength, and encouragement!
