Walking into this looking for a dress nervous, on a day with no appointment Autumn and Annaliese made us feel like family right from the start! To finalizing everything and saying YES to the DRESS today, she didn't get aggravated she made sure I was comfortable in what I was trying on and how I felt in it. I cannot thank you enough for making this experience great for myself and family!! Thank you again for a great experience.

From start to finish, they made my wedding vision possible! I knew that I wouldn’t be able to just walk into a shop and find the dress I had pictured in my head, because I like this part of one dress and this part of another and THEN I wanted it to be a show-stopping black lace over ivory. Update: so maybe it was 2 employees and a friend. Still the point is the same. They were laughing and carrying on while i was TOTALLY ignored. I'm all for enjoying your job but could one of them stopped by to check on me once in the hour I was there? I was ready to make a purchase but no way to do that. And your only response is "we don't have 3 employees." I was giving you a second chance to make amends and that is the best your can do? I went to your shop a couple of Saturdays ago.
