I have been having issues with my hip flexors so I decided to try stretching with Goddess Glow Esthetics. Listen! If you have issues with flexibility or stiffness, IT IS A MUST that you let Tieasha Shepherd stretch you. I was not able to cross my leg with ease but after one session, I am able to do so. I will definitely go back. The atmosphere was clean and conducive. She gave me what I needed. The woman knows what she is doing! You will not regret it!
