Zero stars. This woman is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in 15 years of working as a supplier for the wedding industry. When I became engaged I was on a weekend away in Cleveland and happened upon her shop via google search for bridal wear. My partner and I decided to drop in to the shop...... There is no shop! Sherre and Cara went above and beyond at every stage of finding, ordering and collecting my dress. The minute I walked into the store I felt welcomed and as a plus size woman valued the opportunity to actually try on the dresses. I had the most wonderful time with these ladies! I left feeling amazing and I picked my dream dress from their collection! I can't recommend the girls at Goddess Bridal enough! They will make you feel like a literal Goddess with their beautiful dresses. The dress alterations were world class!
