VERY professional. She saw my hair needing trimming and took the initiative to trim my ends before applying the extensions. She knew my hair would grow better and thrive with a good trim. She wanted to make sure that i got the best use of this protective style. She was extremely on time in fact she was early so we got to start and finish the style earlier than expected! There's always that hesitation when trying a new place especially for my daughter but I can honestly say that this was an amazing experience. I expected her hair to be done but it is awesome. And she didn't cry or anything. We'll definitely be back.
Had a great experience with Zay! I love my braids. The location was nice and her studio was clean and neat. Good conversation, I felt comfortable in the private relaxed atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back in her chair soon.
